As 2017 winds down and we enjoy the holiday season, many of us are feeling generous and grateful. If you're thinking about channeling those feelings into wrapping up your charitable giving for the year, consider giving a Mali Rising girl the gift of grit.

Grit, you say? Yes! Grit, leadership skills, teamwork abilities, self-confidence, and so much more.

You can support the development of all these traits by sponsoring a girl to play on one of our new soccer teams. The teams are a new component in our wildly successful Girls Project. Participation in sports builds girls' leadership skills and self-confidence, and has been shown to increase school enrollment and improve attendance.

Your gift will go far in Mali. For example, a $10 donation can provide a team shirt or soccer shoes for a girl. A $25 gift sponsors everything needed (shirt, shoes, ball, etc.) for one girl. Everyone who donates will receive team updates and videos so you can see the girls in action on the field!.

Sponsor a girl today and become part of a great team...almost literally. You can root for our girls right along with us!
